As important as they are, higher education and service-learning are only part of my life! I enjoy travel, reading anything from journals to magazines to novels both contemporary and classic, swimming, sunning, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Most of all, I just love hanging out with my wonderful husband, Steve Jacoby.
As far as travel, we have been fortunate enough to visit Europe and Australia regularly, as well as other wonderful places including China, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Maldives, Argentina, and South Africa. The photos below will give you an idea of some of our favorite adventures.
