Getting Started with Service-Learning and Service-Learning Assessment: How Do We Know If We Move the Needle? At Hood College, Frederick, Maryland

On October 8, 2021, I engaged with Hood College faculty and staff members in person and over Zoom about many aspects of service-learning. We delved into its fundamental concepts and practices in the morning. The afternoon focused on assessment of service-learning from the perspectives of student learning and community benefit.
