Developing Character Through Critical Reflection, Journal of College & Character

My sixth article for the Journal of College & Character was published in the November 2024 issue. In it I explore something I have believed for a long time: However necessary critical thinking is as a goal of higher education, it is not sufficient on its own. Critical reflection is a vital complement to critical thinking in that it enables students to insightfully examine their lives and to develop the character that makes their lives worth living for themselves and the world. You can read the article HERE.
